Studio Policies Your session fee is due at the time of booking. We must have a 24 hour notice of cancellation for your session fee to be refunded. Rescheduling an appointment more than once will forfeit your session fee. Please check the wedding pricelist page for the policies on our weddings. 50% of the order must be paid at the time you place your order. The remaining will be paid when the order is completed. Proofs will be available to view online 7-10 days after your appointment. A username and password will be provided for you to view your proofs. Proofs will be available for viewing for two weeks. There will be a $5.00 to relist your proofs if your website expires. Let us know if you do not have access to high speed internet and other arrangements will be made to view your proofs. Orders will be completed four to six weeks from the time the order is placed. Prices are subject to change. Your original prices are guaranteed for 8 weeks after the date of your sitting. After 8 weeks, all orders will come off of the current pricelist. The first moments and the deluxe first moments collections are quaranteed throughout the first year of the baby.
