Studio Policies Your session fee is due at the time of booking. We must have a 24 hour notice of cancellation for your session fee to be refunded. Rescheduling an appointment more than once will forfeit your session fee. Please check the wedding pricelist page for the policies on our weddings. Proofs will be available to view online 7-10 days after your appointment. You have the option to request a password for you to view your proofs. Otherwise, your proofs will be open to the public to view. Proofs will be available for viewing for two weeks. There will be a $5.00 charge to relist your proofs if your website expires. Let us know if you do not have access to high speed internet and other arrangements will be made to view your proofs. Orders will be completed four to six weeks from the time the order is placed. For orders placed online, the time is normally shorter. Prices are subject to change. Prices online are an estimate only due to the customization of our online ordering system. If you place your order with Shannon or Kelly, we will use the prices listed online and will require 50% of the order to be paid at the time of placing the order. The rest will be due to when your order is completed. The first moments and the deluxe first moments collections are quaranteed throughout the first year of the baby.
